Do you deliver outside Poland?

Yes. We offer free delivery across the entire European Union.

How long does delivery take?

3-5 days within Poland, 5-10 days for the rest of the EU.

Is assembly required?

Most products require self-assembly. Each comes with detailed instructions and all hardware. Assembly typically takes 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the product.

What does FSC certification mean?

FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification ensures our wood comes from responsibly managed forests.

Can I leave wooden furniture outside in winter?

Impregnated pine and teak can remain outside year-round. We recommend covering or sheltering for optimal longevity. Always store cushions indoors.

What payment methods do you accept?

BLIK, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers via Przelewy24.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
